Structured Settlements
A structured settlement is a financial arrangement that provides for periodic cash payments that has been accepted to resolve a legal claim, suit, or personal injury tort claim of some kind. If the person receiving the structured settlement later wants the money more quickly they must contact a structured settlement company.
